I just wish I had found this place sooner. I lost all my hair very rapidly and with no history of any hair loss and was left utterly devastated. I searched desperately for any solutions and wasted a lot of money on supposed miracle hair replacement products that were bulky and unrealistic and very uncomfortable to wear. I recently picked up my made to measure wig from Mandeville and while it is not cheap, I have been blown away. Mandeville have a unique understanding of how natural hair hangs, moves and behaves and as such they create products that are in my opinion the very pinnacle of what is achievable. My hair is secure, comfortable and natural. I can feel the breeze against my scalp and tie it back or tuck it behind my ears. For the first time I felt optimism and hope that there is a solution for me. The unique base is invisible and it's been strange looking in the mirror and seeing myself exactly as I was. The team are sympathetic and take enormous pride in what they do. They talk to you about density as well as colour to ensure the finished product is exactly what you want. I feel I would have avoided much of the mental anguish I experienced had I known Mandeville existed early on. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in my position. As I friend of mine commented, "you look just like you but on a really good hair day".

I got some hair made-to-measure at Mandeville salon as I have alopecia totalis. "Absolutely amazing experience, and an even better product. Caroline was brilliant, it was like she was able to read my mind! She gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and about about every step of the process. I live far away so she kindly allowed me to have a weekend appointment so I wouldn't need to take time off work to visit the salon for measurements etc. The hair they made for me is beautiful, it looks exactly like my natural hair but better! It's easy to take care of and style, which is great for everyday but even better for going out. The after service is great too. Caroline really goes out of her way to make her customers at ease."

On leaving, I talked about it all the way home, rang my best friend and told her all about it. I was so worried due to having lost my confidence and thought what am I going to do for my daughters wedding. I won't only be wearing for the wedding buy also to out and about when I need to use it - It takes literally seconds to put in on and take it off!
